Chaldal is the worst delivery service in BD.
Everybody should avoid Chaldal. I'm a victim of their hypocrisy. They didn't even refund my money. I gave order at 1:00 PM and they showed the estimated delivery time is 3-4PM. As I haven't received the items even at 6:00 PM, I phoned the call center. Their behaviour was so rude. I had to call them several times because they told they will let me know the update within 30 minutes. They didn't call me ever. At last on 10:00 PM they cancelled my order and take initiative to refund the paid 5K taka. I waited for 12 business days and they didn't refund till now. They are the worst service in Bangladesh.
