Employer shows interest to hire new employee
Employer shares the job description (JD)
We do meeting to understand the taste of the employer
We publish the job circular to collect CV’s
We take phone interview, physical interview or interview over online
We find out few potential CV’s for the next interview
We follow-up the process and provide next CV’s if required.
If hired from us, we close the particular deal and submit bill.
Replacement: If any employee leaves the employment within the first sixty (60) days from date of hire, for any reason other than company lay-off, (Recruiting Firm) will find a suitable replacement free of additional charge.
Service Charge: GETONBOARD will be due a placement fee in the amount equal to BDT 6,000 or 25% of one month salary, whichever is higher, for each placement.
