ইভ্যালী হচ্ছে প্যারার অপর নাম। প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি দেয়ার টাইমলাইন ৯০% ক্ষেত্রে এরা মিস করবে। কাস্টমার সার্ভিস খুবই জঘন্য। ফোন দিলেই তোঁতা পাখির মত একই কথা বার বার বলবে। নতুন নতুন সাইক্লোন অফার করা ছাড়া এদের সব কিছুই অনাকাঙ্খিত এবং আপনাকে প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারির পাবার আগ পর্যন্ত হাজার বার সরি শব্দটা শুনতে হবে। যারা (আমার মত) অতি মাত্রায় লোভী, তারাই ইভ্যালীর কাস্টমার। হার্টের অবস্থা যদি ভালো থাকে, ব্লাড প্রেসার যদি সবসময় লো থাকে, তাহলে ইভ্যালীতে অর্ডার করবেন। যদি শীতের পোষাক অর্ডার করেন তাহলে তা গ্রীষ্মকালে করবেন। বৈবাহিক জীবনে কাজে আসে এমন প্রোডাক্ট অর্ডার করতে চাইলে অবশ্যই বিয়ের ১/২ বছর আগে করে রাখবেন।

My experience with this e-commerce store is absolutely horrific. I ordered a Nike shoe from the store at a discounted price and got a fake Nike. Since the discounted price was low, so I was okay with the fake Nike but the problem is, they sent me both shoe for Left leg. This is a really really unacceptable mistake. However, I reported the situation to Evaly support and ask them to refund my money with a video shoot of the package and shoe. But they denied my request because I didn’t record unboxing of the package. I have been buying products online forever and I don’t remember any such thing as recording a product unboxing for the sake of refund. How am I supposed to know if the product is wrong inside?? And why I have to worry about it since Evaly call themself as the best in Bangladesh! They think customers and their money is a joke. Worst e-commerce company in Bangladesh. I don’t recommend this fraud company to anyone.

১০০% ক্যাশ ব্যাক অফার একটা ৪৩ ইঞ্চি স্মার্ট টিভি ওর্ডার করি ২১ জানুয়ারি । আজকে টিভি ডেলিভারি নিয়ে আসলাম । ক্যাশব্যাক হিসেব করে টিভির দাম পরেছে ১৩,০০০ টাকা মাত্র আর ৪৩ ইঞ্চির পরিবর্তে পেয়েছি নবীন ব্রান্ড (লোকাল ব্রান্ড,চাইনিজ মেড) এর ৪৪ ইঞ্চি টিভি। যদিও টিভিটি চাইনিজ বাট পিকচার কোয়ালিটি যথেষ্টই ভাল সেই সাথে আছে ৫ বছরের রিপ্লেস্মেন্ট ওয়ারেন্টি। যদিও টিভি ডেলিভারি দেরি হয়েছে কিন্তু আমার মনে হয় একসাথে এত ওর্ডার পরলে স্টক ইস্যু হতেই পারে ।

একটা স্কুটার কেনার ইচ্ছা ছিল অনেক দিন থেকে। ৪০% ডিস্কাউন্ট দেখে ইভ্যালি তে অর্ডার করি। অর্ডার করার মাত্র ৫ দিনের ভিতর ডেলিভারি পেয়েছি।
