Poor Customer Service
I found their staff are not professional. They don't know how to talk to customers. They are concentrated on sales only. Once your deal is over they don't know you. Miss commitment and comes up with lame excuse ... so .. on... The Shop is big - full of exclusive items but needs to focus on the people serving customers.
