Bad attitude and unreasonable staff
I am a regular passenger from moulvibazar to Dhaka for ENA paribahan  Today I went to ticket counter around 9:15am with my son who came from foreign, I was asking the guy who sales the ticket , more then 4 time I was asking him that can we have seat in the middle of the bus but the guy was ignoring us as he was talking to him friend,  however we got seat backside of the bus , the driver was riding the bus unsecured as he never care the speed breakers , ,  Also there was used blankets dropped last seat of the bus and it’s seems dirty, the bus contractor kept all the blankets inside the cupboard with dirty things as per bus staff they will provide the same blankets for passengers without wasting, Dear management I would like to explain that how to give customer service  1/ the contractor has paid for his job he should not ask tip / money to the passengers 2/ the ticket counter boy also paid for his job , he should not ignore the ticket buyers  3/ the driver has to be more responsible  4/ management should be strict and accountable, straightforward, responsible aswell    Thank you
