Unhappy and disheartened
While I had previously enjoyed an excellent experience with this company, my recent encounters have left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I have experienced significant difficulties with the delivery process for my last two parcels, resulting in delayed receipt and ongoing hold times that have caused significant inconvenience. Not only did they fail to deliver my packages, but the communication and update processes were inconsistent and left me feeling frustrated and disconnected from the resolution process. These issues, coupled with a lack of delivery options for Chittagong, have left me feeling extremely dissatisfied with the service provided. Overall, I am saddened to see such a decline in quality and hope the company can address these issues to ensure a better experience for future customers.
