My cat died because of their irresponsibility
Two to three weeks ago I’ve ordered a cat food which they probably sourced from local shop and delivered, when I gave it to my cats out of 5, 5 was sick and one kitty died. As I was outside of my place my colleagues were taking care of them, and then found out cat died because of food poisoning.  Chaldal’s operation team is always irresponsible and this is not the first time, if you choose a slot of delivery time most of the time they try to deliver before time. The customer service department is the worst one in country and just waste your time.  I have stopped shopping from chaldal for good.
