Recently I’ve been visited this medical center for Medical Test purpose of GCC.  Staff behavior so bad the way they treat the people like slaves. They should think about the customer satisfaction. While I’m paying the money.  I used the washroom for urine test purpose, there is no Basin, no hand wash soap, no tissue. I ask there associate she replied there is cloth to wipe the hand, which is so funny in a medical center.  They supposed to give my report by 1st of May but this report i get on 11th of May which is unacceptable.  GAMCA they need to think for this kind of Medical center.
