Ordered ice cream at 8.45 pm on 8 October. Melted floating ice cream came 10:35 pm. Returned. Customer support first said accept and send pictures. I said already left. Later said rider couldn't find my location. So no refund. I would like to say cause of few inefficient staffs at Foodpanda would let you down soon. I paid by credit card And Didn't get what I paid for. Best regards Haider Ahmad
