Bad behaviour while changing shoe size
I went to the Apex store of Bali Arcade for buying slippers. I couldn’t find my size, they told me that I can change my size from other branches. I went to the Andarkilla branch and told them to give my size. The staff opened the package and started to shout on me. He was telling the slippers were used. I tried to make them understand that if the size of my slippers is not ok how can I use them. The staff continued shouting at me then I left that branch and again went to Bali arcade they were very respectful and changed my slippers. I want that staff to be punished 😡🤬
