Appointment and waiting
It’s ridiculous after 15 years of running a hospital. They cannot still organise an appointment system for scans and tests. People arrive from 8am in the morning and wait all day where they can be told to come at a certain time half an hour before but they are made to wait for hours. So all you organisers sitting in the luxury seat sort this out. it would help to stop the arguments between staff and patients.🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️
