The instruments are world class and the overall environment is awesome. The only flaw I find is with one of the trainers named hanif...he has a dismissive demeanor and isn't that helpful on demonstrating how to use the instruments. Moreover he seemed cocky which created an uneasy mental tension when I started off as a beginner there. He himself can be seen working out while beginners struggle to get their head around on how to use the instruments. On the flipside though...the other trainer more specifically saju vaia...he simply rocks...he is very helpful and keeps a keen eye whether the members are doing their workouts the right way.
