সহজ থেকে মাঝে মধ্যেই সার্ভিস নেয়া হয়। আমার অভিজ্ঞতা খুব একটা খারাপ না। তবে তাদের ফুড ডেলিভারি দিতে একটু টাইম লাগে। তাদের উচিৎ একটু দ্রুত ডেলিভারি দেয়া।

সহজ.কম এর কাস্টমার কেয়ার #16374 কল করা নিয়ে একটা বাজে অভিজ্ঞতা। সহজ অ্যাপে আমি যখন আমার আগের অ্যাকাউন্ট নতুন করে লগ ইন করতে যাচ্ছিলাম, তখন যে ভেরিফিকেশন কোড টা আসার কথা সেটা ২ দিন ধরে আসছে না। তাই কল কল করলাম। কল করার পর বৃষ্টি আপু কলটি ধরলেন - "হ্যালো স্যার কিভাবে......" -(আমার সমস্যা ...) - স্যার আপনি কি ফোন ব্যবহার করেন? -আইফোন ...... -স্যার আমি তো জানি আইফোন আমাদের সহজ অ্যাপ সাপোর্ট ই করে না!! -কি বলেন আমি তো গত দেড় মাস ধরে সহজ অ্যাপ ব্যবিহার করে আসছি!! -কিন্তু স্যার আমি তো জানি......। -ব্যাপার টা আসলে খুবই দুঃখ জনক যে আপনি কাস্টমার কেয়ার হেল্প লাইনে বসে আছেন আর এটাই জানেন না যে আপাদের অ্যাপ টির আই ও এস ভার্শন আছে। ---- রাগে কেটে দিলাম কল টি ।
